1. About Transfer IQ

Transfer IQ helps college athletes research programs that may have roster openings at their position. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Transfer IQ.

2. Estimates, not guarantees

Scores and insights are estimates built from publicly available information, such as official school roster pages. Rosters change, and published information can be incomplete or out of date. Transfer IQ does not guarantee a roster spot, scholarship, playing time, admission, or contact from any coach. Always confirm details directly with the school.

3. Not affiliated with the NCAA

Transfer IQ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, any conference, or any school. You are responsible for following NCAA, conference, and school rules, including transfer portal and recruiting contact rules.

4. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.
• If you are under 18, use Transfer IQ with permission from a parent or guardian.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, spam, or mislead coaches or staff using contact details shown in the app.
• Copy, resell, or bulk-download data from Transfer IQ.
• Use automated tools to access the service, or try to get around security or limits.
• Use the service for anything unlawful.

6. Coach contact information

Coach details come from schools' public websites. Use them only for genuine, respectful recruiting outreach about yourself. We may remove contact details at a school's or coach's request.

7. Paid features

Some features may require payment in the future. Prices and terms will be shown before you buy, and you won't be charged without agreeing first.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Transfer IQ and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

Transfer IQ is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for decisions you make based on information in the service, or for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Transfer IQ means you accept the updated terms.
