What we collect from you

• Account details: your name, email address, and password (stored securely; we never see it in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Athlete profile: sport, positions, current division, eligibility remaining, transfer timing, and preferred divisions and states.
• Activity: searches you run and schools you save.

How we use it

• To run your searches and show programs that fit your profile.
• To keep your saved schools and search history.
• To keep the service secure and improve how scores are calculated.
• To contact you about your account or important changes.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't share your profile with coaches or schools unless you choose to.

Public roster information

Transfer IQ also stores information published on schools' official athletics websites, such as roster listings and coaching staff contact details, with a link to where it came from. Coaches, players, or schools can ask us to correct or remove their information through our contact form.

Who processes your data

We use trusted service providers to host the app, store data, and collect public roster pages. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, searches, and saved schools, except where we must keep records by law.

Your choices

• Edit your profile at any time from the Profile page.
• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion through our contact form.

Athletes under 18

Transfer IQ is meant for college athletes. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's permission. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
