Refund Policy

What you're buying
Players get 2 free searches. Agents get 1 free search for each athlete they manage. After that, each search costs $5. You can buy 1 to 20 searches at a time, and unused searches stay on your account.
Searches with no results
If a search finds no schools, it doesn't count. The free or paid search goes back to your account automatically, so you don't need to ask for a refund.
Unused searches
You can ask for a refund on paid searches you haven't used within 30 days of buying them. When we refund a purchase, its unused searches are removed from your account.
Used searches
Searches that returned results can't be refunded, because the results are delivered right away. Opening past results again and AI match explanations are always free.
Charged by mistake?
If you were charged twice or something went wrong at checkout, contact us and we'll fix it.
How to ask for a refund
Use our contact form or email support@virtuetank.com. Include the email on your account and the purchase date. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up within 5–10 business days.
